How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Coordinator, Creative Project Management will partner closely with Creative, Production, Editing, and Content Production teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of audiovisual assets aligned with digital publishing schedules, social media campaigns, premieres, and special events. This role will be responsible for coordinating both pre-production and post-production processes for marketing audiovisual content across the company’s brands and platforms.
The Coordinator, Creative Project Management will be responsible for:
- Executing the production of audiovisual assets and overseeing project plans according to established strategies across Disney+, Studios, Lines of Business (LOBs), Marketing initiatives, and digital platforms.
- Coordinating the production of creative assets, promotional materials, and supporting events, including the development of makelists, graphic toolkits, and the delivery of final materials.
- Tracking project assets and ensuring compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
- Managing version control, master files, and distribution materials.
- Coordinating the final review and approval process for all deliverables.
- Partnering with Creative and Editing teams to monitor progress and ensure projects remain on track.
- Establishing and managing project priorities to meet business needs and deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize workflows.
- Providing flexibility and availability outside of regular business hours when required to support event coverage and key initiatives.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Media, Film & Television Production, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in project coordination, post-production, advertising, or a related creative environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-confident, agile, proactive, organized, and highly committed to delivering results.
- Positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changes, feedback, and evolving project requirements.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and levels.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
