Coordinator , Commercial and Shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Coordinator , Commercial and Shipments, you will have the following responsibilities:
Ensure timely execution of import, export, and domestic shipments through proper follow-up and document readiness
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters, and internal teams
Shall be responsible for making outward invoices and should have taxation awareness ( GST etc) and HS codes.
Arrange transport and shipment bookings efficiently
Maintain required shipment, customs, and compliance documents/certificates
Minimize shipment delays, penalties, and operational issues
Independently handle import and export activities with good knowledge of procedures and documentation
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this position, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce; certification/diploma in Export Import or Logistics is an advantage.
6-8 years of experience with at least 4-5 years commercial logistics, import/export, and domestic shipments
Good understanding of shipment documentation, customs processes, and standard logistics practices
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external agencies, and SMEs
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and ERP systems; LN experience preferred
Good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
