Financial Architects Partners is a highly specialized life insurance firm focusing on generational wealth preservation for super affluent clients and their families. We manage the entire process of analyzing, acquiring, and servicing top tier life insurance portfolios for our clients as well as offer our assistance with sophisticated estate and insurance planning techniques. The Client Services department’s main responsibilities revolve around portfolio management, in force analysis, and maintaining relationships. Our dedication to ongoing administration and our commitment to excellence continue to distinguish our firm from others in the marketplace.
The Client Services Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing annual portfolio reviews to provide clients with detailed performance reviews
- Premium invoicing and follow-ups
- Preparing periodic reporting and calculations
- Providing clients with ad-hoc services and portfolio management
- Achieving knowledge of the carriers’ proprietary illustration systems and products
- Analyzing funding options, replacement opportunities, and portfolio strategies
- Working closely with FAP producers, upper management, and internal departments
- Creating customized deliverable client presentation materials
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with numerous insurance carriers
- Communicating with our clients’ advisory team and FAP producers
- Ability to learn and implement new department processes
- Manage department workflow and keep the team on track with scheduled deliverables
- Join client meetings with producers and anticipate follow-up items for portfolio/family needs
Necessary skills include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a team, as well as the ability to work independently
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Assertive and positive attitude
- Flexibility and ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to contribute to inter-departmental projects
- Motivated for personal and professional growth
- SalesForce experience is a plus
What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $67,000 – $87,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
