What You’ll DoThe Coordinator to the Executive Office performs a wide variety of administrative functions to support the activities of the Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Foundation’s CCC’s Executive Team, and the Executive Chief of Staff.
This position requires exceptional organization, professionalism, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance the administrative needs of the organization, the needs of employees, and legal considerations.
Provide direct, day-to-day, administrative support to the Office of the President and CEO, primarily in support of the Executive Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Initiatives.
Facilitate, plan, organize, and schedule meetings, coordinating calendars and schedules for the President/CEO, Executive Chief of Staff, Executive Team, Office of the President and CEO, and FoundationCCC staff as needed. This includes preparing meeting materials, taking accurate minutes aligned with governance standards and organizational protocols, and coordinating with relevant staff to facilitate a timely document review and approval process.
Implement and maintain organized systems for managing and categorizing documentation to ensure systematic organization and accessibility.
Track and manage action items from meetings, and expenses for reporting, ensuring timely completion and communication with necessary stakeholders.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
$25.00 - $26.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
