La Position
Relevant de la Responsable des Pratiques Commerciales et de la Protection de la Vie Privée, le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice des demandes de financement est responsable de la coordination des demandes de parrainage, de subventions, de dons et de contributions caritatives pour soutenir les objectifs et les domaines d’intérêt de l’entreprise, tels que l’innovation en matière de soins de santé, le soutien aux patients, la recherche scientifique et les initiatives communautaires. Ce rôle sert de point de contact principal pour toutes les questions relatives au traitement des demandes de financement et collaborera avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour s’assurer que les demandes sont traitées efficacement tout en offrant une expérience client supérieure.
Ce rôle est idéal pour quelqu’un qui aime un environnement de travail dynamique et qui peut s’adapter à différentes tâches et départements selon les besoins.
Responsabilités:
À la suite de l’approbation des demandes de financement :

Effectuer l’examen initial des demandes de financement pour s’assurer que toutes les informations nécessaires sont disponibles pour la prise de décision.

Collaborer avec les parties prenantes appropriées d’Organon Canada pour obtenir les informations manquantes nécessaires à la complétion de la demande de financement.

S’assurer que les demandes de financement respectent les exigences de conformité.
-
Coordonner la diligence raisonnable appropriée lorsque nécessaire et s’assurer que les approbations requises sont obtenues.

Préparer les lettres d’accord et les demandes de paiement.
-
Faire le suivi des paiements, au besoin.

Créer et gérer les fournisseurs dans le système.

Maintenir des dossiers et une documentation précise soutenant toutes les demandes de financement, y compris les applications, les approbations, les rapports, la correspondance et les confirmations de réception d’avantages tangibles.

Établir et maintenir des relations avec les clients et les clientes et les individus concernés à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.

Générer des rapports liés aux événements et organisations financés, au besoin.

Suggérer des efficacités opérationnelles pour une amélioration continue.

Collaborer avec notre équipe d’adjointes administratives sur diverses tâches au besoin et agir en tant que remplaçant ou remplaçante, si nécessaire.

Etudes, Expériences et Compétences requises:

Diplôme d’études secondaires. Un DEC en bureautique ou l’équivalent constitue un atout.

Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, car le ou la titulaire du poste soutiendra une équipe de professionnels et professionnelles et interagira avec des parties prenantes externes à travers le Canada.

Forte maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office.

Connaissance de SAP est un atout.

Forte orientation axée sur la clientèle et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les autres.

Excellente organisation du travail.

Secondary Job Description
The Position
Reporting to the director of Business Practices and Privacy Officer, the Funding Request Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the requests for sponsorship, grants, donations and charitable contributions to support the company’s goals and areas of interest, such as healthcare innovation, patient support, scientific research and corporate responsibilities & community initiatives. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to the processing of funding requests and will liaise with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the requests are processed efficiently while providing a superior customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and can adapt to different tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Post approval of all funding requests:

Perform the initial review of funding requests to ensure all necessary information is available for decision-making.

Collaborate with the appropriate Organon Canada stakeholder to secure outstanding information necessary to complete the funding request

Ensure funding requests meet compliance requirements.
-
Coordinate proper due diligence when required and ensure necessary approvals are obtained.

Prepare letters of agreement and requests of payment.
-
Follow-up on payment issues as needed.

Create and manage vendors in the system.

Maintain accurate records and documentation supporting all funding requests, including applications, approvals, reports and correspondence and confirmation receipts of tangible benefits.

Establish and maintain relationships with customers and individuals across all levels of the organization.

Generate reports related to funded events/activities and organizations as needed.

Suggest operational efficiencies for continuous improvement.
Other:

Collaborate with our administrative assistant pool on various tasks as needed and act as a back-up as required.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

High school diploma, a DEC in office technology or equivalent is an asset.

Excellent communication skills in French and English as incumbent will support a team of professionals and will interact with external stakeholders across Canada.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Knowledge in SAP is an asset.

Strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively with others.
