Resumen

As part of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) organization, this role will assist in the execution of Constellation Brands’ global HRIS strategy. Primary responsibility is performing accurate, timely administrative and technical support for the HRIS Department. This role ensures accurate and confidential management of employee data, assists with HRIS reporting and troubleshooting, and provides general system support. The HRIS Coordinator offers light project management assistance for HRIS-related initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials and status reports, tracking project tasks and deadlines, and maintaining organized project documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering timely and effective support to both HR operations and project teams.

Responsabilidades

1. Support HRIS related projects by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, presentations, and status reports, documenting action items and next steps, following up on deadlines, and ensuring that all project documentation remains organized and up-to-date within project tracking application tools.

2. Maintain accurate documentation of HRIS procedures, processes and guidelines. Maintain HRIS documentation to include, but not limited to, Admin Guides, Job Aids, change control templates and log, testing evidence, presentations, process workflow maps and project logs.

3. Participate in regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) to include data/scenario entry, validations and peer review support.

4. Run reports and assist with requests for HRIS data.

5. Perform data audits on a consistent and recurring basis. Take corrective action as needed.

6. Participate in semi-annual Workday release and continuous improvement efforts.

7. Perform junior level HRIS system updates as directed by Director/Manager HRIS: Data entry, mass data imports, document distributions, basic business process configuration, etc.

8. Demonstrates exceptional discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential employee data, consistently upholding privacy standards and safeguarding information in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

9. Interact with all levels of staff with professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity to employee and company information.

10. Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally.

11. Consistently operate with excellent time management, prioritization, decision-making & problem-solving skills.

12. Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish)

13. Perform other duties as assigned.
