- Coordenar a execução do Programa de PLD/FT, garantindo aderência às regulamentações aplicáveis e políticas corporativas.
- Liderar a equipe responsável pelos processos de KYC, due diligence, monitoramento de transações, sanções e PEP.
- Supervisionar investigações de alertas, análises de casos suspeitos e comunicações regulatórias aplicáveis.
- Assegurar a manutenção e evolução da Avaliação Interna de Riscos (AIR) de PLD/FT.
- Conduzir revisões periódicas de políticas, procedimentos e controles internos de PLD/FT.
- Atuar como ponto focal para auditorias internas, auditorias externas, inspeções regulatórias e avaliações independentes.
- Apoiar projetos regulatórios, novos produtos, iniciativas estratégicas e análises de risco sob a perspectiva de PLD/FT.
- Monitorar alterações regulatórias e garantir a implementação tempestiva dos requisitos aplicáveis.
- Desenvolver indicadores, dashboards e relatórios executivos para comitês e alta administração.
- Promover treinamentos e ações de conscientização sobre PLD/FT para diferentes públicos da organização.
- Atuar em estreita colaboração com as áreas de Compliance, Riscos, Negócios, Produtos, Operações, Jurídico e Tecnologia.
