• Dietary Aide: Starting at $15.00 per hour

• Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service

• Deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures

• Work with the dietary team to provide an enjoyable dining experience for every resident

• Prepare nutritious, high-quality meals according to menus and therapeutic diets

• Ensure meals are prepared safely and served on schedule

• Maintain proper food temperatures, storage, and sanitation standards

• Follow all food safety and infection prevention guidelines

• Assist with inventory, food preparation, and kitchen organization

• Work closely with the Dietary Manager and dietary team to provide exceptional meal service

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous dietary, food service, or cooking experience is preferred but not required

• Food Handler Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification if required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
