This is a well-established, high-margin fragrance oil manufacturer and e-commerce business generating approximately $18M in annual revenue. The company has carved out a strong position in its niche, selling primarily through online channels while also maintaining select larger accounts. With a lean, efficient structure and consistent demand, the foundation is solid—but operations are now the bottleneck to the next phase of growth.

The team consists of ~55 employees, including 45 based in Miami and 10 overseas. On the ground, the operation includes production lines, packaging, and fulfillment, supported by a small office team handling finance, creative, and administrative functions. The business runs, but it’s heavily dependent on ownership staying close to day-to-day execution. That’s exactly what needs to change.

They are looking for a true operator—someone who can step in and take full ownership of the business from an operational standpoint. The mandate is simple: run the company. Build structure where needed, optimize what’s already working, and ensure everything—from production to delivery—runs clean, efficient, and scalable. Ownership wants to fully hand off operations and focus exclusively on driving revenue.

• Full operational control across production, packaging, fulfillment, and warehouse
• Oversight of ~55 employees (45 in Miami, 10 overseas)
• End-to-end manufacturing performance and output
• Warehouse and fulfillment efficiency (e-commerce driven environment)
• Process optimization, systems, and infrastructure
• Implementation of automation / operational improvements
• Ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably

This is an execution-heavy role. Strategy matters—but only if you can implement.

• Strong manufacturing operations background (non-negotiable)
• Experience running production floors, plant operations, or similar environments
• Exposure to warehouse and fulfillment operations
• Proven ability to manage teams at scale

• Fragrance industry experience (this is the slam dunk)
  Backgrounds from companies like International Flavors & Fragrances, Givaudan, Agilex Fragrances, Phoenix Flavours and Fragrances, Cosmo International Fragrances, Alpha Aromatics, Belair Creations
• E-commerce operational experience
• Experience introducing automation, robotics, or process innovation

• Director of Operations ready to step into a larger mandate
• Plant Manager who has owned more than just the floor
• COO-level operator who thrives in hands-on environments

You should be comfortable owning a business, not just a department.

• $250,000 - $350,000 (based on experience) plus bonuses
