The Role

The Role

We're seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join our Marketing Technology team. In this role, you'll be the analytical engine behind our lead generation efforts—measuring, testing, and optimizing every touchpoint in our digital funnel to maximize conversion rates and revenue impact. You'll work at the intersection of data analysis, experimentation, and revenue modeling to continuously improve how we attract and convert prospects into customers. This is a critical role for someone who loves turning insights into action and can connect marketing metrics directly to business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Analysis & Measurement

  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance across all digital channels, with focus on website conversion paths
  • Track and report on key metrics including CPC, conversion rates, cost per lead, lead quality scores, and pipeline velocity
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into funnel performance
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities through data analysis and user behavior insights
  • Conduct cohort analysis to understand how different segments convert through the funnel

Experimentation & Testing

  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys

  • Develop testing roadmaps based on data insights, user research, and business priorities

  • Document test hypotheses, methodologies, results, and learnings to build institutional knowledge

  • Prioritize tests based on potential revenue impact and level of effort

Revenue Modeling & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain revenue attribution models that connect marketing activities to closed revenue

  • Forecast the revenue impact of proposed optimization initiatives

  • Calculate ROI on marketing campaigns and optimization efforts

  • Partner with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate lead-to-revenue tracking

Tools & Technology

  • Leverage HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Lucky Orange, and other martech tools to gather insights and implement tests

  • Identify gaps in the tech stack and recommend new tools or capabilities to improve optimization efforts

  • Ensure proper tracking implementation and data accuracy across platforms

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design teams to implement optimization initiatives

  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

  • Present test results and strategic recommendations to leadership

What You'll Need

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital analytics, or growth marketing

  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and experience setting up goals, events, and custom reports

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies

  • Demonstrated ability to build revenue models and connect marketing metrics to business outcomes

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and modeling

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from complex data sets

  • Excellent communication skills—ability to tell compelling stories with data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or HR/payroll technology sectors

  • Knowledge of SQL for custom data queries

  • Familiarity with session replay and heatmap tools (Lucky Orange, Hotjar, etc.)

  • Experience with landing page builders and basic HTML/CSS

  • Background in statistics or quantitative analysis

  • Understanding of paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and their optimization

Personal Attributes

  • Obsessed with testing and continuous improvement

  • Naturally curious—always asking "why" and "what if"

  • Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously

  • Collaborative team player who values cross-functional partnerships

  • Results-driven with a bias toward action

#Auris

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
