What you’ll do:

  • Partner with client and internal project teams to deliver on-time, high-quality implementations across the DNA product suite.
  • Design and code stored procedures and conversion logic using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL; create mapping rules and validate results against donor data and requirements.
  • Work with Oracle databases and relational databases in an implementation environment; profile data and tune queries for performance.
  • Build data quality checks, reconciliation reports, and test cases to ensure accuracy and functional integrity of DNA conversions using SQL.
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets; lead technical discussions to resolve data and conversion issues.
  • Manage multiple conversion tasks and handoffs; coach associates and clients through technical challenges.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development (procedures, functions, packages) for data conversion.
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL scripting, data profiling, and query optimization.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Database and relational databases; schema design and normalization.
  • 4+ years of experience in data conversion/ETL mapping from donor systems to target schemas.
  • 4+ years of experience designing QA test cases, reconciliation strategies, and reporting using SQL.
  • 4+ years of experience with version control and CI/CD (e.g., Git, Jenkins) in implementation projects.
  • 4+ years of experience applying programming standards, performance tuning, and technical specifications for enterprise data work.
  • 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Hands-on experience with the DNA platform or other core banking systems.
  • Knowledge of banking data domains (deposits, loans, retirement), data governance, and audit controls.
  • Familiarity with ACH/NACHA file structures, GL mappings, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience with donor-to-target data transformation frameworks and automation tools.
  • Exposure to scripting or analytics languages (e.g., Python) for data validation and reporting.

Sponsorship:

  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
