We're looking for a Conversion Content Systems Lead to own middle funnel sales growth and fundamentally reinvent how conversion content operates across the business.
Take over the company's direct response content pipeline, fix what slows it down, then turn it into an AI-first operation powered by agents and automated workflows.

Redesign the entire direct response content operating model — from production to testing and scaling.
Own advertorial sales growth, performance, and testing strategy.
Architect AI-first content systems using agents, automation, and scalable workflows.
Replace manual bottlenecks with faster, more efficient content delivery and quality-control systems.
Build performance feedback loops to continuously improve quality, speed, and sales results.
Partner with stakeholders to align priorities, solve challenges, and drive the growth of the content function.

Direct response funnel + paid traffic experience, e.g. advertorials, LPs, pre-sells, VSLs, quizzes, and all direct response formats that convert.
