If you're passionate about crafting intuitive conversational experiences that positively impact the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, we encourage you to apply and help our client transform their AI-driven interactions.

  • Ensure that conversations are compliant with pharmaceutical industry standards, including patient data privacy and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop personas and voice guidelines, writing and scripting responses, implementing context management aligned with patient or healthcare provider journeys.
  • Optimize AI conversations for both accuracy and engagement, reducing friction and improving the user experience.
  • Stay up to date with trends in conversational AI, natural language processing, and pharmaceutical industry advancements.
  • Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience specifically in Conversational Design, including linguistics and language proficiency in crafting clear and natural dialogues for chatbots, voice assistants, or AI-driven customer support systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in User Experience, Content Strategy, Copywriting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning as they relate to conversational AI.
  • Experience in a consulting role or working with clients in complex, regulated industries like healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Experience with interactive voice response (IVR) systems.
  • Familiarity with conversational AI tools such as Dialogflow, Rasa Studio, or similar.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA regulations) and their impact on conversational design is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into user-friendly dialogues.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret conversation data to inform design iterations.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in usability testing and data-driven design.
