About the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Conversational AI Consultant / Solution Engineer to join our team and play a key role in implementing and optimizing conversational AI solutions. This technical position requires expertise in developing, integrating, and scaling conversational AI solutions, including chat bots, voice assistants, and others.
What you will do:

Develop and deploy conversational AI solutions using programming and prompt-engineering techniques.

Collaborate with clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders (Conversationa Designers, Product Development, Engineering, Sales and Implementation teams).

Conduct testing and iterative refinement of prompts based on AI responses and user feedback.

Analyze and optimize conversational performance using data-driven insights.
-
Integrate conversational AI solutions with existing platforms.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AI systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Gather feedback from the regional teams and relay it to the Product Development team.

Document solutions and best practices in implementing conversational AI solutions.

Maintain a strong understanding of the business, Infobip solutions, competitors, and the latest industry trends.

Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and trends from the industry.
More about you:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.

Presales, product development or implementation experience.
-
Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, understanding of AI models, particularly in language and image generation.

Proficiency in prompt engineering for crafting, testing, and optimizing prompts.

Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python).

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
