We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Testing professional to join our team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our customer solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining manual test suites, validating conversational AI experiences, and supporting the delivery of high-quality software products.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test data based on requirements.
- Perform functional, non-functional, and regression testing across software releases.
- Use proprietary tools to validate conversational flows and confirm AI responses meet expected standards.
- Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate testing documentation and contribute to process improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth, timely, and high-quality releases.
- Help strengthen testing standards, procedures, and best practices across the function.
- Uphold a culture of respect, fairness, safety, privacy, and compliance in all interactions and work practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
- Exposure to automated testing tools.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Speech Recognition, Voice Biometrics, or Conversational AI is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing.
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to work outside normal office hours at short notice.
- Willingness to travel to Probe, Convai, or customer sites when required.
- Successful completion of a police check.
