Job purpose
The Supervisor of Controls Development supervises an engineering team doing research, design, testing and development of application software for electronics control modules according to Automotive SPICE process in the area of AUTOSAR architecture. Will be part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined product development team working on projects involving multiple locations.

Your responsibilities
- Strategically assign and manage resources to support successful projects and business wins.
- Provide technical direction and leadership to the software engineering team
- Train and mentor the engineering team in Software Engineering disciplines including ASPICE
- Provide oversight to software project implementation
- Manage career discussions and performance reviews with the engineering team
- Evaluate and manage software development tools and licenses for engineering team within operational budget
- Work with other engineering disciplines to develop plans for successful product implementation and launch
- Embrace and model corporate values and vision for direct reports
- Be accountable for team performance and deliveries
- Partner with HR on Talent and Performance Management processes
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Master’s preferred
- 8+ years’ experience, with previous work experience in the following Automotive areas: Software engineering for real time embedded systems, Automotive electronics, AUTOSAR, Matlab/Simulink autocoding
- 3+ years’ experience of managing people and creating a productive work environment
- Must be detail focused and have good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving capability
- Fluency in English is required

Recruitment process

- Final Interview (45 minutes) - A meeting with a representative from the HR department to ensure alignment with our company culture and discuss the next steps. This interview might also take place via Teams or at our office.
