About the Role

For Wind Business in Flender, we are searching for a Controlling Specialist.

"Controlling & Commercial  Specialist" to join our team located in Adana. As a Controlling & Commercial  Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring and financial reporting processes in line with company policies and global standards.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Plan and manage financial activities including budgeting, cost analysis, product costing, cash flow management, and profitability calculation and analysis.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Oversee and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Manage invoicing, payments, collections, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Perform reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Prepare detailed management reports and present them to relevant departments.
  • Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audit processes.
  • Accurately enter and verify financial data in SAP and other accounting systems

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Preferably knowledgeable about SAP systems
  • Knowledge of controlling and reporting local and IFRS accounting records
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in documentation and reporting
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
