Establish and maintain robust costing control environment for Mexico manufacturing operations. This includes financial controls, the proper set-up of a standard costing system, the analysis and reduction of manufacturing variances, the purchasing controls, inventory controls and controls over reconciliation import/export systems as well as ad-hoc reports to the Headquarters of the Group. Key member of leadership team driving accountability and achievement of operational and financial goals of the company.

1. Responsible for the preparation of the budgets and the weekly forecasts. Responsible of P&L, Partner with corporate and site leadership team to establish, monitor and action Key Performance Indicators for the operations. 

2. Responsible for the correct control of cash flow of the company and detection of opportunity areas that guarantee a reduction in costs and new treasury alternatives; Analyzes data and perform variance analysis, determines root causes, and directs action plans to achieve cost, efficiency, and operational improvements. 

3. Budgeting of projects (IT, SGA, Innovation), Ensure accurate information in SAP (Feed & Historical), Analysis, Creation and follow up of reports

4. Inventory accuracy: Establish and maintaining inventory controls and procedures to ensure compliance and financial control, Ensure compliance with Mexico inventory reporting requirements 

Degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA, desired

Experience 5 - 7 years in similar positions (manufacturing environment)

SAP, fluent in English, strong communication and teamwork skills, strong leadership and accountability
