Job Description

  • Being responsible for charging related topics in XC RB GmbH (one time payment invoices between several entities, internal overhead allocation of R&D costs, clearing (inside same legal entity and other divisions), invoice documents for administration and sales costs (between RB GmbH and different entities), reclassification/rebooking of costs (cost center, WBS);
  • Addressing charging topics to the accounting services (during Month end closing tasks, year-end closing or when needed);
  • Monitoring and verifying the actual charging;
  • Transferring price maintenance in SAP;
  • Being responsible for continuous improvements in several controlling processes;
  • Identifying automation potential, pursue end-to-end process optimization and process re-design accordingly;
  • Evaluating together with multiple team members their controlling process/task, propose improvement/ digital solution, implement/test the improvement idea, train the responsible;
  • Presenting improvement ideas to other members;
  • Being familiar with databases and tools understanding like excel add-ins, IBM planning Analytics, Business Warehouse, Power BI;
  • Being responsible for any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior or by business. 

Qualifications

  • University degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics or Informatics;
  • 2 to 5 years experience requested in controlling, purchasing, finance area, business informatics;
  • Advanced computer skills - MS Office, especially Excel and good understanding of SAP various modules; Any other basic knowledge of MS SQL Server, Macros, Power BI would be a plus;
  • Advanced English skills (spoken and written), any other language would be an advantage;
  • Systematic, precise and self-organized working style;
  • Structured, careful and analytical way of working;
  • Team player and ability to work in a flexible way, resilient;
  • Reliable and efficient concerning due dates;
  • A well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making;
  • High customer and service orientation in international environment with high communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel and to work in an intercultural environment.
