YOUR IMPACT
You will be responsible for the core regulatory and statistical reporting functions for the Goldman Sachs entities in Switzerland including:
• Regulatory compliance for the Bank’s key regulatory ratios, including on-going monitoring and reporting
• Calculating, monitoring and reporting the Large Exposures and Risk Diversification
• Calculating, monitoring and reporting the Capital, RWAs and Capital Adequacy ratio per Basel requirements
• Interpretation of existing and upcoming SNB/ FINMA regulatory requirements and implementation of the same
• Oversight of the liquidity and statistical reporting to SNB/FINMA
• Acting as the key regulatory contact for the Bank's existing and new business activities
• Advisory to Business on the definition of lending limits and collateral eligibility criteria, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with regulators on various regulatory topics and their interpretations
• Manage external and internal regulatory audits
• Participation in local and global regulatory projects (automations, systems developments, new products)
SKILLS
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years’ professional experience in Regulatory Reporting within the Banking sector
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organization skills and flexible mindset
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Fluency in English mandatory
• Fluency in German will be highly desirable
