Ihre Aufgaben
Als Controller (m/w/d) arbeiten Sie in einem engagierten Finanzteam und unterstützen den Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen und Controlling dabei, unser Unternehmen wirtschaftlich erfolgreich und zukunftsorientiert auszurichten. Sie übernehmen verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeiten und gestalten finanzielle Entscheidungsprozesse aktiv mit.
Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:
  • Betreuung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach US-GAAP und HGB inkl. Reporting
  • Durchführung von Planungs-, Ergebnis- und Kostenrechnungen sowie Unterstützung im Preismanagement
  • Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und fundierten Abweichungsanalysen
  • Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertungen von Investitionsvorhaben
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres internen Berichtswesens und Mitgestaltung der digitalen Transformation, insbesondere durch KI- und Automatisierungsansätze
  • Ansprechpartner für Fachabteilungen bei finanziellen Fragestellungen
  • Selbstständige Ausarbeitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen inkl. Handlungsempfehlungen an das Management
  • Mitarbeit in internationalen Projektgruppen im Sinne kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung
  • Durchführung von Finance-Projekten, Ad-hoc-Analysen und Sonderaufgaben

Ihr Profil
Sie passen hervorragend zu uns, wenn Sie fachliche Expertise, analytische Stärke und Freude an Teamarbeit verbinden:
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Finanzen/Controlling)
    oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Bilanzierung nach HGB und US-GAAP
  • Erfahrung in Investitionsplanung, Benchmarking-Analysen und idealerweise Werks- oder Fertigungsplanung
  • Idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, Power Automate und Power BI sowie sehr gutes MS Excel Wissen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Künstlicher Intelligenz und Automatisierung (RPA) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Begeisterung für Zahlen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
  • Höchste Vertrauenswürdigkeit, insbesondere im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
