Job Responsibilities:
Über die Rolle:
Die bzw. der Indirect Buyer übernimmt die Verantwortung für die effiziente, kostenoptimierte und regelkonforme Beschaffung nicht produktionsbezogener Güter und Dienstleistungen. Ziel ist es, die zuverlässige Verfügbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen sicherzustellen sowie die Beschaffungsprozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren.
Deine Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung des strategischen und operativen Einkaufs mit Fokus auf indirekte Dienstleistungen (z. B. Engineering Services, IT, Facility Management, Marketing) sowie indirekte Materialien
  • Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen inklusive Analyse und Bewertung von Angeboten
  • Eigenständige Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Einsparpotenzialen zur nachhaltigen Kostenoptimierung
  • Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie relevanter Compliance- und Vergabevorschriften
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung einer klaren, vollständigen und bedarfsgerechten Spezifikation von Anforderungen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Vertragskonditionen und Servicelevels
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Einkaufs- und Lieferantenstammdaten in ERP-Systemen (SAP, Coupa)
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger, partnerschaftlicher Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen sowie bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Wonach wir suchen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Materialwirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im indirekten Beschaffungsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht sowie im professionellen Lieferantenmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP und/oder Coupa
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick gepaart mit Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen und unternehmerisches Handeln mit klarem Fokus auf Ergebnisse
  • Analytische Arbeitsweise sowie strukturierte, selbstständige Umsetzung von Aufgaben
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Gelegentliche Geschäftsreisen innerhalb Deutschland und Europa

  • Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld oder in einem vergleichbaren industriellen Kontext
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Standards und Normen (z. B. ISO, ASPICE, TISAX)
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Einkauf und im Umgang mit globalen Lieferanten
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Steuerung komplexer Beschaffungsvorhaben
  • Fähigkeit, andere zu inspirieren und Veränderungsprozesse aktiv zu begleiten
  • Stark ausgeprägte Kompetenz im Aufbau langfristiger und nachhaltiger Lieferantenbeziehungen

Skills Required

  • Completed commercial training or degree in purchasing, materials management, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement, preferably in indirect purchasing
  • Strong knowledge in contract law and professional supplier management
  • Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP and/or Coupa
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (B2)
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with assertiveness
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action with a clear focus on results
