Job Title: CT ManagerRole Overview
The CT Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence within the Residential Operations vertical. This role ensures seamless coordination across project teams, oversees the solar installation process for residential and C&I projects, manages data-driven dashboards, tracks end-to-end project journeys, and acts as a central communication bridge between ground teams and management. The role demands strong analytical ability, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of operational processes to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Knowledge of Solar Installation Process for Residential and C&I Projects.
- Coordination and execution of tasks from the team.
- Conduct awareness sessions on Processes and Systems.
- Prepare multiple dashboards and data as required in Google Sheets / Excel.
- Day-to-day coordination with ZOH, SOH, COM, CDM, PM, and PCs.
- Track the project journey and highlight delays.
- Follow-up and update closure reports.
- Perform necessary checks and balances for projects.
- Calculate manpower and capacity requirements as per manpower design.
- Conduct RCA for timeline breaches and identify required skills.
- Act as a central communication hub ensuring seamless information flow between ground teams and management.
- Stakeholder management.
- Work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Generate reports on KPIs of the Ops team and provide insights for decision-making.
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
- BE in Electrical / Mechanical
- 5+ years of experience in Operations (any field) with strong analytical skills.
- Need to Have:
- Advanced computer knowledge: MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Looker Studio
- Analytical skills
- Need to Have:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi + Local Language)
- Presentable and professional behavior
- Prior geographical knowledge of assigned location
- Own accommodation and fooding in base location
- Preferably own bike
- Daily travel within base city
- Inter-state travel on need basis

Skills Required
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in operations

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language
