Job purpose
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our growing PHINIA engineering team as a Control Engineer! This position will support us in maintenance of electrical equipment and reports to ME Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and comply with company engineering specification and procedures requirements for Retrofit and new project activities .
- Exist Machine electrical system hardware and software improvement and troubleshooting.
- Make sure the Production line PLC,Server, Database, traceability running smoothly .
- Apply AI/ML algorithms to analyze large-scale production data and generate actionable insights
- Diagnose and resolve data transmission issue, packet loss, and network latency across production lines
- Manage and Query database (SQL/NoSQL) to support data integrity and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with production teams and identify bottleneck in data pipelines and ensure ensure reliable data flow
- Use the AI tooling & has capability to create dashboard to reflect the performance of production lines
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years work experience on Manufacturing engineering programing and control. Automotive component manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in written English
- Good command of MS. Office
- PLC , Server , Camera, Robot, Database ,traceability application
- PLC control programing , Others controls ( VB, C++ etc.) knowhow skills
- AI & Analytics: hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks(e.g.,TensorFlow/PyTorch .) for big data analysis
- Database: Proficient in SQL and NoSQL
- Visualization: Skilled in developing dashboard via VS code using Python or similar tools
- Programming: Strong Python/SQL skills; familiar with version control (Git)
- Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, and troubleshooting data loss/latency
