Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for design, programming, and implementation of advance control strategies for AHU/Chiller Plant Optimization systems for various applications such as data Centre, high efficiency building. You are to work with a project engineer on ensuring smooth execution of a project.
Responsibilities:
● Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.
● Analyses plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.
● Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
● Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances.
● Perform testing & commissioning of the control system
● HVAC experience and sequence of preparation
● Experience in technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement and OMM.
● Experience in IO point schedules, assignments and materials selection with value engineering
● With logical knowledge in ACMV & HVAC system control logic, communication protocols & integration
● Requires at least intermediate level of PLC programming knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot & modify existing programs.
● Familiar with industry-standard platforms such as Siemens PLC system (Simatic /Desigo) and or Schneider EcoStruxure will be an added advantage
● Basic AutoCAD skills to review building layout, and prepare system architecture diagrams and DDC panel drawing
● Be aware of all kinds of risks and their controls in your work environment
● Be a part of site EHS inspections, hazard/ risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
• Min 5 years related experience in HVAC/ BAS industry
• Strong analytic, logic thinking & trouble shooting skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
