SpecterOps is looking for an experienced Contracts Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, the Contracts Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of contracts throughout their lifecycle and will negotiate contracts. The Contracts Specialist will work closely with the sales and finance teams to facilitate the execution and administration of contracts.

Salary Range: base salary annually, commensurate with experience.
- Mid-level: $90,000 - $120,000
Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings
- Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas
Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Assist in the review, analysis, and preparation of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Contract Documentation: Accurately maintain contract records, including contracts, amendments, and supporting documentation. Ensure all contracts are properly organized and accessible for reference.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract-related communications. Respond to inquiries regarding contract terms, conditions, and obligations in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports on contract status, key metrics, and performance indicators. Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities related to contract management processes.
- Contract Administration: Administrate contracts within Salesforce and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and SaaS contracts.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in contracts administration and negotiation including the negotiation of customer contracts.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and adherence to confidentiality.
- Willingness and desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.

- Prior negotiation experience in SaaS.
- Based in eastern US region.
- Juris Doctor degree.
