Provides contractual support for NDAs and customer and supplier agreements. Reviews and negotiates terms, identifies and mitigates contractual risks, advises internal stakeholders on legal and company requirements, ensures compliance with policies, coordinates with legal and cross-functional teams, maintains contract documentation, and mentors new team members on NDA processes.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in law, business management, or related field with 5 years of experience in commercial contracting or customer service or
- Master’s in law or JD

- Good knowledge of contract law
- Understanding of intellectual property protection
- Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge of English legal and business terminology is a plus
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
- MS Office literacy
- Ability to function as member of virtual team
- Integrity and strong focus on compliance with internal standards and policies
- Sound business judgment, problem solving and analytical skills
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in law, business management, or a related field
- Five years of experience in commercial contracting or customer service
- Master's degree in law or Juris Doctor degree
- Knowledge of contract law
- Understanding of intellectual property protection
- Very good spoken and written English
- Microsoft Office literacy
- Ability to function as a member of a virtual team
