The role:

We are seeking an analytical and data-driven Contracts Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day operational management of technical services servicing and maintenance contracts, ensuring our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.

You will use service insights and performance data to identify trends, improve outcomes, and ensure contractual obligations are delivered effectively and efficiently.

You'll build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative culture that supports service excellence. Through direct case management and proactive contract oversight, you will help ensure services are delivered to the highest standards, operational targets are consistently achieved, and lessons learned are embedded into continuous improvement activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience of contract management, supplier management, or operational service delivery.

  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of working in compliance and / or M&E disciplines.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

  • Experience working with performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools is desirable
