Acts as the CAPEX subject matter expert for Property Services, providing commercial insight, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, and assurance. The role analyzes capital expenditure performance, job costing, unit costs, variances, and value for money while ensuring accurate recording and regulatory alignment. It also supports month-end reporting, process improvement, and strategic decision-making across capital workstreams.
