Provide 24/7 out-of-hours customer service from an alarm response centre, handling housing, repairs, complaints, and emergency calls. Answer incoming and make outgoing calls, resolve issues using multiple computer systems, follow call-quality guidelines, and escalate when needed. The role requires working on a rolling weekend rota, including evening and occasional lone night shifts, at the Greenham office. A full UK driving licence and personal transport are essential.

Leads enterprise and solution architecture across business platforms, designing end-to-end systems, data, integration, and security solutions. Creates architectural blueprints, supports governance through the Technical Design Authority, evaluates technologies, promotes reuse and optimization, and collaborates with stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, architects, and technology partners to align solutions with business goals and standards.

Manages technical services servicing and maintenance contracts, overseeing supplier performance, contractual obligations, KPIs, and operational targets. Uses service insights and performance data to identify trends, improve outcomes, manage cases, and support continuous improvement. Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliant, customer-focused service delivery and effective resolution of competing priorities.

Provides proactive housing management and resident support in temporary homeless accommodation. Responsibilities include helping residents access benefits, create housing plans, manage rent accounts, resolve tenancy issues, overcome barriers, and secure permanent accommodation. Conducts scheme inspections and health and safety checks while collaborating with partner organizations and external agencies. Requires on-site work, independent judgment, customer service, safeguarding awareness, a full UK driving license, and personal transportation.

Carry out plastering repairs in residential properties, including applying plaster, cement, render, acoustic and fireproofing materials; installing plasterboard, insulation, vapour barriers, cornices and coving; preparing and finishing surfaces; and completing responsive repairs safely as part of a mobile property team.

Serve as first point of contact for ~140,000 customers, owning and resolving queries (mostly repair-related). Work full-time 37 hours on a rota (8am–6pm Mon–Fri), initially on-site in Basingstoke for six months then hybrid. Handle complex calls with resilience, use multiple systems while speaking to customers, and collaborate across the business to turn problems into solutions with empathy.
