Manage and mentor a category team, deliver end-to-end procurement in line with Procurement Act 2023, drive supplier engagement, oversee high-value approvals, support transformational data and reporting workstreams, and ensure procurement delivers value, quality, and risk mitigation.

Provide FCA-regulated debt advice to customers (including vulnerable clients) via phone, online and face-to-face.
