Contracts Manager - Remote
This is a mid-level professional position on the Research Operations Contracting team. The Research Contracts Manager is responsible for the review, negotiations, or preparation, tracking and finalization of the clinical trial agreements, exclusive of the study budget. Collaborates with appropriate Research Operations teams (especially Budget teams) and local program administrative teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years Contract review and negotiation experience, experience with privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts, or IP.
