As part of our group of leading appliance brands, including Electrolux, AEG and Frigidaire, we sell household products in around 120 markets every year. In 2025, Electrolux Group had sales of SEK 131 billion and employed 39,000 people worldwide. For more information, go to www.electroluxgroup.com.

All about the role

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Contracts Channel team. Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be responsible for driving results, development, and long-term growth for selected national and regional housebuilders and contract accounts across the Northwest & Yorkshire.

You will lead strategic relationships with key national housebuilders, manage regional growth opportunities, and shape the direction of the channel in line with the wider Electrolux business strategy. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Product Management and the Contracts team, you will help ensure a coordinated and customer-focused approach to the market.

This role is perfect for a sales professional with strong strategic thinking, excellent relationship-building skills and the drive to deliver sustainable business growth.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to deliver the contracts channel strategy and achieve sales targets for volume, value, profit and product mix.

  • Manage key national and regional accounts, including negotiating and securing commercial agreements that support sustainable growth.

  • Identify, acquire and grow regional housebuilder partners within your defined territory to maximise market share and competitiveness.

  • Complete all CRM activity accurately and regularly, ensuring high-quality data and effective call planning.

  • Apply consultative selling techniques through regular in-person meetings, calls and email contact.

  • Act as an ambassador for Electrolux, creating a feedback loop that supports continuous improvement of the channel strategy.

  • Take full ownership of your territory, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and delivering a high standard of customer service.

  • Prepare well-evaluated sales development programmes that maximise profitability.

  • Build strong industry networks to understand customer behaviour and competitor activity, using insights to inform commercial decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with internal colleagues to drive sales, profitability and brand awareness.

  • Act as an escalation point for senior management within key partner organisations.

  • Support additional projects and business initiatives as required to help achieve company goals.

Who you are

  • You bring strong experience in account management and business development, ideally within the housebuilding or construction sector.

  • You are an excellent communicator, able to present confidently and build strong relationships at all levels.

  • You have strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret commercial data and make informed decisions.

  • You are a skilled negotiator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders in both the UK and Europe.

  • You are highly organised, able to manage your own schedule and prioritise effectively across a wide territory.

  • You are proactive, resilient and tenacious, with a positive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

  • You collaborate well with others, demonstrate integrity and consistently strive to improve.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • You respond quickly to customer needs and maintain calm under pressure.

Where you’ll be

This is a field-based role covering the Northwest & Yorkshire, combining customer visits with home working.
You will also spend around 2–3 days per month at the Electrolux UK office for meetings and training, along with some ad hoc European travel, depending on customer needs.

Candidates should be based within or very close to the territory, for example, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford, Huddersfield, Preston, Warrington and surrounding areas.

Benefits Highlights

  • Excellent development opportunities

  • Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (company contribution up to 8%)

  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays

  • Enhanced company sick pay

  • Healthcare Cash Plan (cashback for dental, optical and complementary therapies, plus retail & leisure discounts)

  • Life assurance (3 x salary)

  • 50% staff discount and 40% friends & family discount

  • Employee Assistance Programme including 24/7 GP access

  • Premium subscription to the Calm app

  • Company car or car allowance

  • Sales bonus

At Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development. There are no barriers to where your career could take you.
