ABOUT THE ROLE
Required experience/qualifications:
- Experience working in highly secure/regulated environments - for example Defence, Government, Energy or Financial Services
- Linux operating systems, scripting and automation tooling - particularly Ubuntu and RHEL
- Virtualisation technology such as VMWare or KVM/QEMU
- Network security including TLS, PKI, firewalls, VLANs
- Ability to obtain/maintain a UK Security Clearance to a minimum of SC level.
Desirable experience:
- Physical hardware - including rack mounted storage, compute and networking
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tooling
- Hardening standards such as FIPS, STIG and CIS
- Compliance standards such as ISO, NIST, Secure by Design
- Air gapped/highly restricted networks
- Network cryptography and VPN solutions - both software and accelerated/dedicated hardware
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
