The Role: As a Contracts Manager, you will negotiate complex agreements, manage contract risk, and streamline processes to support Pantheon’s growth. You’ll work with various teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to drive efficiency and accountability in contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate customer, partner, and vendor contracts (SaaS agreements, NDAs, software licenses, etc.).
- Manage contract risk, implement approval processes, and maintain compliance.
- Build and manage contract playbooks and workflows using contract management systems (CLMs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline contract operations.
- Support strategic legal initiatives, including special projects, training, and risk reporting.
Success Indicators:
- Establish efficient contract templates and workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to impact revenue and manage risks.
- Handle complex negotiations with a focus on learning and improving processes.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of contract management experience, ideally with enterprise SaaS companies.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CLM tools.

The US base salary range for this position is $55 - $65 / hour.
