As a Contracts lead, you handle all facets of contract formation and contract management including drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, and administration of complex customer agreements. You ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes and Honeywell Aerospace business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws.
The Contracts Lead will have a significant impact on Honeywell Aerospace's contract management function and overall business operations. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, this role will ensure that Honeywell Aerospace operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and protecting the company's interests.

- Provide independent and objective contract evaluation as well as experienced advice and sound guidance to various functions, as applicable
- Advising internal stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations and providing interpretation of terms and conditions
- Focusing on the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance
- Collaborating with various teams and functions at multiple sites, ensuring organizational effectiveness and standardization
- Supporting the maximization of cost targets and cash flow while minimizing risk in the negotiation of contracts
- Contributing to the development of strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring provision of topclass service and high customer satisfaction
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts
- Advanced degree in law or equal industry experience with legal background
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- English at C1+ level is a must
