Contracts Analyst

Vistex Contract Analyst, will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring contracts are accurately prepared, reviewed, tracked, and maintained in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, Global Legal, Procurement, Customers and Operations to facilitate timely contract execution while minimizing risk and maintaining organized contract records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from proposal preparation and contract drafting through execution, renewal, amendment, and contract closure.
• Track contract milestones, renewal dates, contractual obligations, and support agreement consumption to ensure proactive contract management and timely customer engagement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customer Legal, Procurement, and Commercial teams and Vistex Global Legal.
• Coordinate contract reviews, manage redlines, communicate requested changes, and facilitate negotiations between all parties until a mutually agreed contract is reached.
• Ensure all contractual documents are reviewed and approved according to Vistex legal and compliance processes before execution.
• Support the creation, review, and administration of commercial proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), contract amendments, renewals, and related customer documentation.
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all commercial documents.
• Coordinate the contract signature process with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring proper documentation and record management.
• Maintain an organized repository of executed agreements, amendments, supporting documentation, and approval records.
• Monitor support contracts, service agreements, remaining support balances, and contractual consumption levels.
• Proactively identify upcoming renewals and contract extension opportunities, coordinating internal stakeholders to initiate renewal discussions before contract expiration.
• Maintain accurate contract and opportunity information within Salesforce.
• Support opportunity closing activities, ensuring contracts and required approvals are completed before opportunity closure.
• Create and maintain project records within Kantata, including contracted hours, resource assignments, billing rates, and related project setup information.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across commercial and operational systems.
• Act as a central coordination point among Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Customer stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication, follow-up activities, and process compliance to support successful customer engagements and project initiation.

Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Experience Required Experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, legal operations, or a related field. English proficiency Excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with contract management systems (CLM) or ERP systems is a plus. Knowledge of basic contract law and commercial terms.
