We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Contract Analyst at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing :

Serve as the study-specific point of contact with the ICON project team and sponsor’s legal team on contract and budget matters.

On a project basis, set the parameters for and lead the progress of the contracts process across a region of countries, coordinating the work of Contracts Analysts.

Serve as point of escalation for sites that are unresponsive or slow to negotiate and use your industry knowledge to expedite the process.

Monitor and assist with the delivery of all study clinical trial agreements to achieve outputs according to delivery timelines and standards detailed with sponsor.

Provide substantive guidance, monitoring, and support regarding clinical trial agreement deliverables, including undertaking activities identified in the Site Contracts Governance Plan
Your profile:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent.

Strong experience in relevant areas involving contracts, negotiations, client management or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job.

Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
