Junior Management Program - creating our future leaders
Over three years, your learning-path will be sculpted by on-the-job industry experience where you'll take over real responsibilities with guidance from senior managers and mentors. You will gain a holistic understanding of our business and grow in leaps and bounds.
You'll get to work across our finance functions in a series of 2-3 rotations designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills. Responsible for supporting plant controlling activities related to Manufacturing conversion costing, budgeting, actual reporting and key performance tracking. The primary focus of this position is to support the Plant controller and understand the overall performance of the Warsaw Business Unit, to obtain full specific knowledge and act as first point of contact for ad hoc analysis, in addition to continuous improvement activities related to productivity for the cluster of plants.

• Performing financial planning, reporting and operational metrics tracking for Mondelēz Supply Chain (manufacturing, procurement, logistic, product costing); including forecasting, annual target development, monthly variance analysis & monthly cost reviews.
• Analyzing financial data and creating financial models to support decision making and enabling delivery of the targets, cost structure optimization and margins improvement.
• Working closely with finance teams across Europe to ensure correct data interpretation and reporting.
• Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, incl. Excel, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Executing ad-hoc analysis to support specific objectives.
• Contributing to a high-performing Finance team; you and your manager will also focus on your own personal development and the development of your peers.

Who are we looking for?

• Advanced level of MS Excel,
• Fluency in English, Polish,
• High level of accuracy and attention to details,
• Drive for results,
• Track record in strong analytical skills,
• Experience in ERP based business tools - SAP, PowerBI, Web Intelligence would be an advantage.

Education / Certifications:

• University education in Business Administration or Finance (complited or undergoing Master's),
• Being qualified or actively studying towards an appropriate qualification: CICM/ACCA/CIMA is a plus.
