Job Summary:

As a Contracts Administrator, you'll be the organizational engine behind our government and commercial agreements—helping ensure contracts, proposals, and compliance activities stay on track from opportunity through closeout. What You Will Do:
You'll support the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, from proposal development and contract award through performance and closeout. You'll review solicitations and contract terms, assist with proposal activities, track deadlines and contractual obligations, support subcontracting efforts, and help assess contractual risks and compliance requirements. Working closely with business development, legal, finance, procurement, and program teams, you'll manage contract modifications, renewals, deliverables, funding, reporting requirements, and records management activities. You'll also coordinate with government contracting officers and commercial clients, support audits and compliance reviews, maintain accurate contract documentation, and help ensure all contractual commitments are successfully fulfilled while protecting the company's interests.
We'd Love to Hear from Candidates With:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, Law, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, including government contracts and commercial agreements
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and contract structures
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and document management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract lifecycle management systems
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a “Q” level security clearance
A Successful Candidates will bring:
- Experience working with FAR, DFARS, or similar regulatory frameworks
- Experience supporting proposal development in a government contracting environment
- Professional certification such as NCMA CPCM, CFCM, or a similar credential
- Experience with ERP systems and contract lifecycle management tools
- Ability to identify contractual risks and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical solutions
- An active “Q” level security clearance

This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
