Job Description

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft from our base at Perth Airport, specialising in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing new suppliers to meet business needs and drive value for Network Aviation. This includes negotiating supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and maintaining systems that monitor contract performance. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure supplier relationships are aligned with strategic goals, and strong communication skills will be essential to succeed in this role.

You’ll have:

  • Proven ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders across multiple functions and levels
  • Experienced in identifying, sourcing, and managing supplier relationships
  • Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Proficient in technical writing, including documentation, reports, and process guidelines
  • Solid understanding of governance frameworks and experience ensuring compliance with organisational standard
