Hands-on Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1) performing line maintenance on A320 family and B787 GEnx aircraft. Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and inspections to regulatory and company standards, use TRAX and aircraft manuals, follow Safety Management Systems, work rostered shifts (including nights), and maintain required Australian aviation IDs (ASIC/ADA).

Provide technical advice and oversee a portfolio of NSW self-insurance workers compensation litigated claims. Manage internal and external stakeholders, instruct lawyers, work with HR/IR, handle matters before the Personal Injury Commission, and drive high-quality claims outcomes while reducing human impact. Operate within a collaborative team and maintain confidentiality, documentation, and professional standards.

Make outbound phone sales to business customers to drive Qantas Business Rewards engagement and revenue. Meet KPIs for sales, call quality and satisfaction, use data to identify opportunities, maintain CRM records, participate in training and contribute to a high-performance team culture. Role is fixed-term 6 months, full-time, minimum 3 days onsite at Mascot.

Provide executive and operational support to the Australasian Sales, Distribution and Modern Retailing team: manage complex calendars, prepare executive-level documents and presentations, coordinate cross-regional stakeholder engagement, support global distribution projects, monitor expenses and business processes, assist corporate hospitality and events, and drive continuous process improvements to enable project delivery and team operations.

Lead Jetstar New Zealand's commercial strategy and revenue performance across domestic and trans‑Tasman markets. Drive pricing, network, distribution and product optimisation; influence fleet, capacity and route decisions; build senior external stakeholder relationships (government, airports, tourism bodies); represent Jetstar publicly; partner with Qantas Group leaders to translate local insights into performance outcomes and lead a cross‑functional team to execute commercial plans.

Provide day-to-day operational and people support for Regional and Cabin Crew Development Managers across NSW & WA. Act as first point of contact for cabin crew queries, order supplies and equipment, perform administrative tasks, support compliance checks and approvals, build stakeholder relationships, and help maintain smooth base operations and crew wellbeing.

Lead testing and validation of conversational AI/chatbot solutions. Design and execute automated and end-to-end test strategies, validate integrations and conversation flows, embed testing into CI/CD, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve CAI quality, performance, security and accessibility.

Own and deliver the Payment Transformation product: define vision and roadmap, lead discovery and backlog prioritisation, work with IT, Finance, Legal and third-party payment providers, drive releases, gather data and user feedback to improve customer experience, mitigate impediments, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Lead commercial strategy and partnership management for Qantas and Jetstar Hotels. Own P&L, drive campaign execution, e‑commerce growth, merchandising, and performance optimization. Use market insights and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Digital, Marketing and Data & Analytics to identify growth opportunities and deliver revenue outcomes.

Lead line maintenance planning and scheduling across the Qantas network, ensuring airworthiness, regulatory compliance and operational continuity. Manage a large, diverse team, act as escalation point for day-to-day disruptions, partner with the Integrated Operations Centre, and drive system enhancements, process improvements, operational readiness and new aircraft introductions.

Manage domestic and international freight services for Qantas Engineering, overseeing internal and external freight providers, 24-hour operational requirements, and performance of AOG, Critical and Routine shipments. Serve as first escalation point, coordinate recovery plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure cost-effective service delivery in line with contracts and Qantas policies.

Lead and build the AI operating model for the Product Innovation Centre, embedding AI across product and engineering teams. Define standards, patterns, reference architectures, governance, guardrails, training and platform cost controls. Balance hands-on infrastructure delivery with strategic advisory, stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable AI value across the product development lifecycle.

Provide continuing airworthiness management and specialist engineering support for aircraft cabin interior products. Manage maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, and modifications to ensure safety, operational performance, and cost optimisation across Qantas fleets. Coordinate design/repair activities, stakeholder requirements, and small-to-medium design projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer-focused service.

Manage and optimise inventory footprint across Jetstar group to meet availability, cost and performance targets. Perform end-to-end inventory planning, cost control, forecasting for aircraft parts, collaborate with stations, suppliers and customers, maintain system integrity through data analysis, visualisation and reporting, and support inventory substitutions.
