Lead line maintenance planning and scheduling across the Qantas network, ensuring airworthiness, regulatory compliance and operational continuity. Manage a large, diverse team, act as escalation point for day-to-day disruptions, partner with the Integrated Operations Centre, and drive system enhancements, process improvements, operational readiness and new aircraft introductions.

Manage domestic and international freight services for Qantas Engineering, overseeing internal and external freight providers, 24-hour operational requirements, and performance of AOG, Critical and Routine shipments. Serve as first escalation point, coordinate recovery plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure cost-effective service delivery in line with contracts and Qantas policies.

Lead and build the AI operating model for the Product Innovation Centre, embedding AI across product and engineering teams. Define standards, patterns, reference architectures, governance, guardrails, training and platform cost controls. Balance hands-on infrastructure delivery with strategic advisory, stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable AI value across the product development lifecycle.

Lead a Salesforce engineering domain, guiding design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable solutions. Mentor engineers, drive release and integration strategies, enforce best practices across Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations, and align technical delivery with product and stakeholder goals.

Provide continuing airworthiness management and specialist engineering support for aircraft cabin interior products. Manage maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, and modifications to ensure safety, operational performance, and cost optimisation across Qantas fleets. Coordinate design/repair activities, stakeholder requirements, and small-to-medium design projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer-focused service.

Manage and optimise inventory footprint across Jetstar group to meet availability, cost and performance targets. Perform end-to-end inventory planning, cost control, forecasting for aircraft parts, collaborate with stations, suppliers and customers, maintain system integrity through data analysis, visualisation and reporting, and support inventory substitutions.

Support rollout and configuration of the Maintenex system for aircraft maintenance planning. Translate planning workflows into system processes, test and validate functionality, train users, monitor data quality and KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and drive process optimisation across planning, operations, supply chain and IT teams.

Coordinate parts supply for Qantas Engineering base maintenance checks with offshore MRO partners. Track deliveries, manage unserviceable returns, transact usage in SUPPLY, raise and receipt demands, and collaborate across offshore teams to ensure parts availability aligns with maintenance schedules while undertaking extended international travel.

Lead a cross-functional squad to define and deliver the Qantas Digital Assistant across chat, voice (IVR) and messaging. Own the product roadmap, analyse trends, prioritise customer and commercial outcomes, and drive adoption of deterministic and generative AI solutions working with technology partners and vendors.

Support the People Digital strategy and maintain HR digital products (Zendesk, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Whispr). Provide Tier 2 support, triage to Tier 3, gather requirements, run testing and defect logging, build stakeholder relationships, and measure and improve digital processes to enhance employee experience. Fixed-term full-time role based at Mascot until August 2027.

Lead cloud domain architecture at Qantas: define target-state cloud platform, create capability roadmaps and reference architectures, enforce governance and standards, guide major programs, drive modernization, evaluate cloud innovations, and mitigate systemic cyber and resilience risks.

Provide HR generalist support to corporate and operations leaders, advise on performance and conduct, deliver annual people programs, manage employee lifecycle processes, support talent and engagement initiatives, lead HR coordination for events, and improve HR processes and employee experience.

Lead and evolve the campaign management governance framework for Qantas Loyalty.
