Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and rectification on Dash 8 and customer aircraft, ensuring compliance with CASA, Qantas procedures and safety standards; allocate tasks per manuals; supervise, coach and support operational teams while driving quality and continuous improvement.

Manages global suppliers and logistics partners, oversees product distribution and launches, monitors service and stock availability, mitigates supply risks, and drives supplier performance and process improvements. Balances cost, service, and risk while influencing stakeholders and delivering reliable operational outcomes across a complex global network.

Leads end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations supporting Qantas’s inflight experience. Manages global suppliers and logistics partners, product distribution, stock availability, supply risks, new product rollouts, and supplier performance. Drives continuous improvement, complex initiatives, operational reliability, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder alignment across a fast-paced global network.

Supports aircraft Engineers with ground support equipment and tooling, cleaning, errands, communications, compliance paperwork, and daily task completion. The role requires safe, reliable work in a shift-based airport environment, with minimal supervision and adherence to written procedures. Candidates need a current driver’s licence, basic computer proficiency, effective communication skills, and the ability to obtain an Airside Security Identification Card and airside driver’s licence.

Test and validate Conversational AI chatbot solutions by designing automated tests, validating conversation flows, intents, entities, integrations, and non-functional requirements. Develop end-to-end quality strategies, embed chatbot testing in CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot issues, interpret chatbot behavior, and improve testing frameworks. Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams while contributing to release go/no-go decisions and strengthening the organization’s conversational AI quality engineering capability.

Partners with product and cross-functional teams to translate financial services strategy into product initiatives, requirements, user stories, process designs, and acceptance criteria. Analyzes customer needs, business processes, regulatory requirements, data, and commercial considerations to improve credit card and home loan products. Supports prioritization, roadmap decisions, testing, implementation, stakeholder alignment, and regulatory compliance in an Agile environment.

Lead Qantas’s sales strategy and commercial growth across Japan, managing agency, corporate, and organizer segments. Build strategic partnerships with travel agencies, corporate customers, and industry stakeholders; develop sales and distribution strategies; and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Drive revenue growth, market performance, customer relationships, complex negotiations, and collaboration across regional and global teams.

Design and build gold-layer data assets, maintain pipelines and data quality, deliver advanced analyses and self-serve BI for Commercial teams, translate insights for leadership, implement version control, peer-review analyst work, and promote data governance.

Leads health, safety, and environmental initiatives across Qantas’s Asian operations, including airports, engineering, freight, lounges, and cabin crew. Develops safety frameworks, governance, reporting, and risk-based strategies; partners with operational leaders to improve safety culture and frontline capability.
