Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Finance & Controlling team as a Contracts Administrator!
The Contracts Team is part of the Finance & Controlling Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Logging & Processing Contract Claims received from Installers & Merchants
- Processing Rejections
- Approving Opportunities & Contracts
- Processing & Approval of Amendments
- Ad Hoc Tasks
- Liaising with Sales Teams & Customers to resolve queries

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Attention to detail and diligence
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel,Outlook & Teams
- Good numeracy skills
- Possess strong organisational skills
- Good communicator
- Flexible
- Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
