How you will contribute
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as needed.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
What you will bring
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing projects within the FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in project management, business administration, supply chain management is advantageous but not essential.
- Project Management certification - desirable.
- Solid understanding of core business processes within an SME environment (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production).
