Brief Summary of Responsibilities :
- Collect user manuals of IoT devices by web search AND/OR do web search and collect FAQs and issues reported by users.
- Prepare questions and answers, collect related pictures, edit pictures, updated QnA database and test the functionality.
B.E/B.Tech / Diploma (ECE/EE/EEE/CSE/IT/E&I)/ B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MCA / BCA
- 0-1 yrs. of experience
- MS Excel is must.
- Knowledge on SQL and/or Python is added advantage.
- Minimum 60% throughout in academics, freshers after 2023 passed out only
- General knowledge of smart devices.
