We are seeking a proactive Contact Recruiter to join our People team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent, predominantly focusing on technical software engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering roles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to quickly identify and move forward exceptional candidates.
What you’ll be doing:
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles, predominantly technical software engineering positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and technical skills needed.
- Conduct initial phone screenings, assess technical qualifications, and assess cultural fit.
- Provide a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best recruitment practices.
Why you’re a great fit:
Required:
- 3+ years proven experience in full cycle recruiting for technical roles, particularly software engineering.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, and technical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and influence passive candidates.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Fluent in English
- SaaS/tech industry experience
- Experience recruiting in LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil)
Preferred:
- Experience in recruiting for tech companies or startups.
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.) is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus but not required)
This position works remotely and is hireable in Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil) and is compensated on a monthly basis up to $2,500 USD/month. Final compensation rate will be determined on the experience, skills, and abilities.
Please note that given the nature of the contract, this role will not be eligible to participate in company-sponsored benefits.
