What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for a highly experienced UX Writer with deep expertise in UX writing, a strong eye crafting a product tone of voice, and experience creating a scalable content guideline framework.
This is a hands-on contractor role focused on executing content TOV and framework (guidelines) while stress testing content types in the product, and collaborating with our brand TOV, PMM and marketing writers.

  • Audit and suggest a framework for our product TOV

  • Create a strategic differentiator TOV

  • Collaborate with brand and marketing to create a product TOV extension

  • Stress test flows and collaborate with design to pilot the new TOV and guidelines

  • Potentially A/B test content to validate assumptions

Engagement:

  • Freelance/Contractor (10-20 hours per week).

  • Remote, flexible collaboration with our core product design team
