Our Contracting team is growing! We are looking to add Contracting Team Lead that has strong computer skills, superior multitasking abilities, and eye for detail. The role is ideal for a results-driven team leader who is process orientated and looking to make an impact. Keystone Advisors is a full service marketing agency aligned with Top Carriers to provide our partners and clients a broad and competitive portfolio. We are dedicated to our agent partner's success and development in the insurance market space. 

Our contracting team is there to support our partners every step of the way. Whether we are helping to add new products to their portfolio, renewing license, carrier certifications, carrier questions - we are here to help ensure they're successful. You'll be directly assisting our partners across all markets ensure they are ready to grow their business and leading a team of amazing contracting reps. 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing licensing paperwork with insurance carriers for agents and agency partners.
  • Providing overall agent support and assistance via phone calls and email.
  • Following up with insurance carriers and agency/agents as necessary.
  • Manage day to day operations of the contracting team utilizing reports to ensure department success.
  • Processing contracts, and verifying agents appointment.
  • Recruiting agents by initiating calls to leads provided for the purpose of introducing Keystone Advisors services and securing contracts with agents
  • Build positive relationships with new agents and further develop relationships with existing agents for the purpose of expanding contracts and sales with those agents.
  • Managing a team of direct reports to ensure they're working cohesively towards the success of our agents. 
  • A good phone voice combined with the ability to speak clearly and communicate well by phone for 6-8 hours per day.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested.

Qualifications include:

  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • Associate’s Degree or higher preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong operational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Management Experience 2-3 years.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime, particularly in our busy season if needed (typically between September -December).
