We are seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support specialized hiring for our organization. In this role, you will partner closely with the HR team, hiring managers and delivery leaders to recruit top technical talent across a range of client-facing and internal roles, ensuring alignment with project needs, timelines, and quality standards.
II. Primary Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment efforts for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Recruit for a variety of professional services roles, such as Developers, Technical Leads, Technical Resource Managers and internal departmental roles as needed for our Offshore team.
- Partner with the internal HR team to understand role requirements, client needs, and delivery timelines
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates for technical aptitude, consulting experience, communication skills, and overall cultural fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Support offer coordination, including compensation alignment and start-date logistics
- Meet agreed-upon hiring metrics, timelines, and quality standards
- 3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or agency environment
- Proven experience recruiting professional services roles in a fast-paced setting
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Knowledge of modern technology stacks is a plus
- Prior contract or project-based recruiting experience
