Lead workforce readiness, capability development, and resource effectiveness for delivery teams. Manage capacity planning, utilization, skill/certification tracking, career paths, onboarding, coaching, performance conversations, and workforce analytics to support Practice Leaders and HR.

Design and own end-to-end AI solution architectures, build rapid prototypes, translate business requirements into technical specs, recommend AI stack components, enforce architecture standards, lead technical discovery, guide AI engineers, and contribute reusable IP and frameworks across client engagements.

Lead discovery, design, and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Personalization solutions. Translate business goals into data models, identity resolution, activation, and journey architectures. Build and configure Marketing Cloud components, Data Cloud ingestion and activations, Personalization tracking and recipes, and custom API integrations. Own solution documents, run client sessions, and deliver projects from discovery through go-live.
