Lead client-facing marketing technology and personalization engagements from strategy through implementation, oversee delivery quality, drive commercial growth, advise on customer data strategy, campaign orchestration, and identify AI/martech productization opportunities.

Create and publish client project stories, website copy, SEO/AEO content, and short-form video scripts. Own the editorial calendar, brief design and video teams, run SME interviews, and drive partner co-marketing. Use and build AI-augmented writing workflows to scale output and experiment with new formats and channels.

Lead workforce readiness, capability development, and resource effectiveness for delivery teams. Manage capacity planning, utilization, skill/certification tracking, career paths, onboarding, coaching, performance conversations, and workforce analytics to support Practice Leaders and HR.

Apply statistical and machine learning methods to marketing datasets to build segmentation, propensity, attribution, LTV, and personalization models. Clean and structure client data, translate business questions into analytical approaches, present findings to stakeholders, and collaborate to operationalize models into marketing platforms and production workflows.

Design and oversee end-to-end data architectures and governance for client engagements. Lead technical discovery, select platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake), define migration/integration approaches, produce architecture documentation, and partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure implementations across regulated industries.
