We are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent and passionate contract recruiter to join our talent team in Utah. You will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of roles and levels across engineering and product.

Location

Remote in Utah. Please only apply if you are located in and have experience hiring candidates in Utah.

What You'll Do

• Find and engage talent in Utah. You are able to identify the right people, get them engaged and manage the full hiring process.
• Build solid relationships with your hiring teams and serve as a partner to build healthy pipelines of exceptional candidates. Your focus will be on technical engineering and product management hiring.
• Craft and enhance a consistent and extraordinary candidate experience.
• Act as Arturo’s advocate in the talent market.

What You Bring

• Full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience with and understanding of the employee pool in Utah
• Proven track record and experience influencing senior leaders
• Ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands and maintain responsiveness, business focus, integrity, and sound judgment
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Background of developing creative recruiting strategies and the ability to multi-task across multiple, niche searches
• Build diversity into your recruiting and sourcing strategies
