About the Role:
Galileo is seeking Contract Support Admins to join our Virtual team. The Patient Support team is an integral part of ensuring our patients’ & care teams’ needs are met. Our ideal candidate is an extra clear communicator, master problem solver, and an organized administrative individual. In this role you will be able to work remotely!
This is a 3 month contract with potential to extend based on performance and business need. You'll have the ability to work remotely.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Support providers and other Galileo team members as they provide direct patient care and service
- Assist the patient and their care team by processing referrals and other insurance documents, routing documents, and collecting medical records. Other duties as assigned.
- Notice even the small details and continually brainstorm solutions to improve our processes and each patient’s experience
About You:
You are an organized task master, willing to take on a variety of administrative functions that allow our patients to focus on their health and improving their outcomes. You pay attention to every detail no matter how small and are able to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks across your day.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:
- Ability to work 20-40 hours weekly
- Administrative experience in a high volume support role in an asynchronous environment
- Outstanding organization skill with high attention to detail
- Have the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and comfortable with new tools and technologies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist team members.
Contracted Rate: $20/hr
